There are a great number of American heritage children living here in Okinawa who know very little about their heritage.

Big Bear Club Okinawa was founded in August 1998 to help encourage these children to develop into a whole individual without indecision.

The primary goal of Big Bear Club Okinawa is to build self-esteem for children of American heritage living here on Okinawa,giving them the necessary tools they will need in life to meet the challenges of growing up as an International child in Japan.

The TOEFL test is a common test used to evaluate entry into U.S. universities.  You can go to the address below to try a practice test.
